From Vision to Reality: The Story Behind Sanford Courtyard

What began as one woman’s bold leap of faith has grown into a thriving community.

In this video, we revisit Kim Fogle, founder of Central Florida Home for Good, whose journey started with a retirement account and a deep commitment to those experiencing homelessness. When we first met Kim, her inaugural project—10 affordable housing units in Sanford—was still under construction. With no background in construction, just years of volunteering and a vision for change, she set out to build something lasting.

Today, Sanford Courtyard is fully occupied, each two-bedroom unit furnished and thoughtfully designed for working individuals and families who need it most.

Watch the story of how belief, community, and compassion laid the foundation—literally—for brighter futures.
