Central Florida Home for Good creates permanent high quality genuinely affordable housing for individuals and families in Seminole County who have experienced homelessness and for ALICE households. Our work addresses the growing gap between wages and housing costs by providing homes that support long term stability dignity and opportunity.

20 Permanent Apartment Homes Opened & Fully Occupied Sanford Courtyard Phase 1 and Phase 2 are complete and at 100% occupancy, providing long-term housing stability for residents.

The property has experienced near zero public safety incidents showing the positive impact of thoughtful design and responsible management.

Affordable Housing for Low-Income Families
Designed for individuals and families who cannot afford market-rate rent, helping them secure affordable housing.

Why This Works

Across Central Florida many individuals and families are working full time yet remain unable to secure affordable housing. Rising rents limited supply and fixed incomes push households into overcrowded or unstable living conditions. CFHG provides permanent housing designed to keep people housed for the long term while strengthening the surrounding community.


Stable housing improves health outcomes supports employment reduces reliance on emergency systems and helps families plan for the future.
