Central Florida Home for Good, Inc. is seeking bid proposals for the construction of Ten (10) apartment homes in Seminole County, Florida. This project aims to provide permanent affordable housing for individuals experiencing homelessness.

Instructions for Accessing the Bid Package and Submitting Interest:

1. Access the Bid Package and Section 3 Requirements:

3. Submit Your Interest:

   • Send an email expressing your interest.

   • Include your company information and contact details.

Bidder Requirements:

• Provide a Certificate of Insurance, including Workers’ Compensation, Commercial General Liability Insurance, and Commercial Crime Policy.

• Have a minimum of three (3) years of construction experience.

• Be State of Florida Certified.

• Be registered in SAM.gov.

Submission Instructions:

Hand-Delivered Bids:

• Sealed bid proposals must be submitted to Central Florida Home for Good, Inc. at:
  1009 East 2nd Street, Unit 100, Sanford, Florida 32771
  between 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM on Friday, October 11, 2024.

• All bids must be received no later than 1:00 PM and will not be accepted after this time.

• Hand-delivered bids should be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope:
  "CFHG New Construction Project."

Mailed Bids:

• Bid proposals should be mailed to:
  Central Florida Home for Good, Inc.
  Attn: CFHG New Construction Project
  2065 Biltmore Point, Longwood, FL 32779

• Mailed bids must be received in the office no later than 1:00 PM on Monday, Friday, October 11, 2024.

Due to the impending impact of Hurricane Milton and the potential need for clean-up following the storm, we are modifying our bid submission process. We will now be accepting bid submissions via email. Please note the following details:

• Deadline for Bid Submission: All bids must be received via email by 1:00 PM on Friday, October 11th.

• On-Site Submissions: We will not be on-site to accept bids in person.

If your bid package is too large to send via email, please send a Google Drive link with all the required documents. You will receive a confirmation email by the end of the day on Monday, confirming we received your bid package.

We will log the date and time your bid is received based on the timestamp of your email.

Pre-Bid Meetings:

There will be two (2) non-mandatory pre-bid meetings on the following dates:

• In-Person

  • Monday, September 23, 2024 at 10:00 AM at 1009 East 2nd Street Sanford, Florida 32771
