Designed for working individuals and their families who have an income that is just over the line of qualifying for assistance, and yet are unable to afford regular rent payments, each layer of our community is carefully planned. These homes are within walking distance to bus stops, parks, grocery stores, and restaurants. Homes come fully furnished — down to the sheets on the beds — with state-of-the-art appliances and are located within a safe neighborhood with 24-hour monitored security cameras. Just as important, each resident is referred by a nonprofit partner who continues to provide support services whether it be transportation or counseling – all designed to help ensure everyone is supported and set up for success.
